Shipping Policy

At Kikilab, we bring the finest South Korean leather craftsmanship to a global community. We partner with Qxpress to ensure your premium keychains are delivered securely and efficiently to our supported destinations.

1. Supported Destinations

We currently provide dedicated shipping to the following regions:

• Asia: South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong SAR.

• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

• North America: United States, Canada.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped on weekends or South Korean public holidays.

• You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to Qxpress.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by destination. Below are the estimated delivery windows provided by our logistics partner, Qxpress:

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to local customs processing.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your Qxpress tracking number. You can monitor your order's journey from our Seoul studio to your doorstep via the Qxpress Tracking Portal.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we move through 2026, international import regulations have become more streamlined but remain the responsibility of the recipient.

• Kikilab is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order.

• Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

• Note for AU/NZ/USA/CA: Please be aware of your local "De Minimis" thresholds to understand if your purchase will trigger import taxes.

6. Premium Packaging & Protection

To ensure the high-quality leather remains in perfect condition during transit, every Kikilab keychain is shipped in a protective, moisture-resistant box. This prevents environmental damage and ensures the leather maintains its natural finish and oils upon arrival.

7. Address Accuracy & Redirects

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been picked up by Qxpress. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
